MSA Summer Scholarship Program for Coaches
MSA offers scholarships for high school graduates that assist coaches of MSA summer teams. Here's your chance to share your experience with Club players and coaches, enhance your playing skills, gain marketable training experience, and earn money for college too!
During the Summer season, MSA offers scholarships up to a maximum Club expenditure of $1,500 to be divided equally among the Board accepted applicants, with a $500 maximum per individual.
Criteria for assisting a team are available from the Board. Interested applicants must submit their name to the Coaching Director prior to the start of the summer season.
Coaches interested in working with a scholarship candidate must submit their request to the Coaching Director prior to the start of the summer season. The candidates will then assist with an assigned Club team. Following the summer season the team must submit their confirmation that the criteria was successfully met.
Applications for final scholarship payment must be submitted to the MSA Board. Board members will vote on and accept the scholarship candidates. Candidates cannot receive any payment from the team for coaching.
