You must contact your child's Age Group Coordinator to request approval to register late. If you are more than a week after Registration closes the online registration will not be available, and you must mail in the paper application.
You will be required to pay the Late Registration Fee if you register online.

Should I Register for In-House or Traveling?
Mahtomedi Soccer Association provides a recreational In-House program for Under-5 (U5) through Under-8 (U8) levels. The In-House Program offers younger players a program to build skills and compete with other teams from Mahtomedi. Level U9 and older are competitive teams that are Traveling to play other clubs. The Travel Program generally plays in MYSA's East District.
What Soccer Level/Age Group is My Child?
As defined by the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA), the soccer year runs from Aug 1 to July 31. So Fall 2011 and Summer 2012 are one soccer season. One quick way to determine your child's soccer age is to ask yourself what age is my child on July 31 of this year - if they are 10 on July 31 - then they are a U10. If you cannot complete your Registration online you may use these forms. You will need to mail your check to Mahtomedi Soccer Association. You will not be eligible for the Early Bird Discounts. Registrations post marked after the cutoff date should pay the additional Late Registration Fee.
